One of the things the staff does to give the bears something interesting to do is to hide treats around the enclosure. The crows and magpies don't wait for the bears. I didn't think to get a picture of it, but while I was watching the staff member hide the treats I felt something hit the brim of my hat. I looked around behind me, but nobody was there, so I didn't think anything more of it. Some minutes later my wife called my attention to something on my hat. I looked and saw that it was a glob of Skippy crunchy peanut butter. It must have been dropped by one of the birds. We got a good laugh out of it and were glad there was the moat and electric fence between us and where the bears would be.
